• Existing Industry Committee
  1.  Coordinate the annual existing industry tour
  2.  Plan and organize at least one continuing education seminar
  3.  Support the Carroll County Mentor Program
  4.  Recognize industries for expansions and safety achievements
  5.  Promote and support the West Georgia Industrial Leaders Association
  6.  Encourage exporting and trade opportunities
  7.  Conduct a needs analysis of local industries to determine future directions for the existing industry committee
  
  
• Encourage industries to utilize outside resources (WGTC, UWG, GA Tech, GDEcD, etc.)
