Dear Carroll County Leader,

Nine years ago a concerned group of business, government, education and community leaders in Carroll County joined together to form Carroll Tomorrow to address issues and concerns related to the growth of this region and the opportunities it would bring to our community.

Over the last nine years Carroll Tomorrow has had a tremendous impact on Carroll County–helping to create 2,750 new and expanded jobs, $83 million in direct additional payroll, and $230 million in new capital investment, along with many other accomplishments.

With this success, it is our pleasure to announce that Carroll Tomorrow is embarking on a new five-year initiative–Advantage Carroll–with the focus on Economic Development, Education and Workforce Development, and Leadership and Government Relations, all of which will add to and enhance the great Quality of Life we already enjoy in Carroll County.

We have agreed to play leadership roles in this effort because we consider this initiative critical to the future  economic  and  educational  well-being  of  Carroll  County.  Now,  we’re  asking  you  to  join  us  and many other business, government, education and community leaders of Carroll County in this important endeavor.
